Who are we?
A senior product team — engineers, designers, PMs — embedded inside the orgs of founders and operators who need real software, not slideware. Ten years of hands-on work, hundreds of products shipped, zero PowerPoint.

Two engineers started Kodius after a decade of in-house product work. We never stopped touching the keyboard. Today we're a senior-heavy team that ships custom software, mobile apps and design systems for founders who have skipped past slideware.
That's why our work tends to live longer than the average agency build — and why our clients keep us close long after the first release.

We host the local Ruby and Elixir meetups, mentor at KodiStart, and quietly fund a few open-source projects we depend on. No press releases — just the work.

A friendly crocodile that's been with us since day one. KODI shows up in our office, on our merch, and on the Friday demo screen when a release goes out clean. He's the closest thing we have to a brand mascot — and the closest thing to a logo we'll let through review.
